Bring The House Call Beauty to a private home, office, hotel, celebration or hosted gathering. THCB private parties combine concierge event planning with an invitation and RSVP experience built directly into the THCB app.

A THCB private event is designed to feel more like a curated beauty experience than a crowded pop-up. The host requests the event, THCB confirms logistics and published terms, and approved parties receive a private invitation link and QR code that guests can use to RSVP.

Guests can view event details, save the party in THCB, receive event reminders, explore treatments and remain connected after the event. Individual treatment decisions, candidacy and clinical details remain private between each guest and the treating provider.

What can a private event focus on?

How hosting works

  1. Request your party. Tell THCB your preferred date, location, guest count and treatment interests.
  2. THCB reviews the event. Availability, treatment format, capacity, logistics and any published event terms are confirmed before the party goes live.
  3. Share your private invitation. Approved parties can receive a dedicated THCB party code, RSVP link and QR code.
  4. Guests RSVP in THCB. Capacity is tracked while guests stay connected to event updates and reminders.
  5. Keep the relationship after the party. Guests can continue with aftercare, rebooking, Beauty Bank, events and future THCB updates.

Host Circle

Selected parties may include a fixed, published host privilege or Host Circle experience. Any host benefit is set for the event in advance and is not automatically calculated from the number or value of medical treatments guests receive.

Final event terms, treatment availability and host privileges are confirmed by THCB before publication. Clinical treatment is never guaranteed by an RSVP and requires individual assessment.

Service area

THCB is centered in San Francisco and serves private events across many Bay Area communities, including selected Peninsula, Marin, East Bay and South Bay locations. Travel and event availability depend on the exact address, date, guest count and treatment format.
