REFUNDS
All sales are final.
The published THCB refund policy states that services, deposits and payments toward scheduled appointments are non-refundable; aesthetic outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Limited touch-ups or service credits may be offered at THCB’s discretion.
CANCELLATIONS / LATE
48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient. THCB requires at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. The $250 booking deposit may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows, subject to the published policy and applicable circumstances.

Use your THCB provider email and password. On iPhone and iPad, Safari can save these credentials to iCloud Keychain and use Face ID for Password AutoFill. THCB never receives or stores your biometric data.
Provider credentials are sent only to the secure THCB server function over HTTPS. The browser receives an HttpOnly session cookie; the password is not stored in the PWA.
