THCB FAQ

Booking and account access

How do I create a THCB account?

Use Create Account in the app. Your account is intended to keep appointment information, provider-created proposals, eligible rewards and assigned aftercare easier to access. Use an email address and mobile number you can continue to access.

How do I request an appointment?

Use Book Now or submit the private consultation request. THCB will review the requested service, location and scheduling needs before confirming the appropriate next step.

Does a consultation request guarantee treatment?

No. A lead or booking request does not guarantee an appointment and does not establish that a treatment is clinically appropriate. Final recommendations require individualized evaluation, informed consent and an appropriate treatment setting.

Are house calls available everywhere?

House-call availability varies by location, treatment, schedule and whether the environment is appropriate for the requested service. Submit the location with the request for review. Travel or concierge terms should be confirmed before the appointment.

Can I review a proposed plan before paying?

When a provider-created proposal is available, it can outline recommended services, quantities, pricing, credits, deposits and next steps. Review the plan carefully and ask questions before accepting or paying.

Are prices shown in the app final?

Displayed prices and promotions may support planning, but final treatment, product, quantity, package, travel and payment terms should be confirmed in the appointment or provider-created proposal. Promotions may have eligibility rules and expiration dates.

Where will I receive consent forms?

Applicable forms may be assigned through the patient account or secure clinical workflow. The form set can vary by procedure, product, anatomy, photography needs and treatment plan. A signed form does not replace the opportunity to ask questions.

Where will I receive aftercare?

General educational aftercare is available in the aftercare library. Treatment-specific instructions may also be assigned through the patient account or secure message workflow after care. Follow the instructions provided for the actual treatment you received.

What should I do for urgent symptoms?

Do not rely on a website form, social-media message or automated reply for an emergency. Contact the treating provider directly. Seek immediate emergency care for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, vision changes, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness or another emergency.

How are patient reviews displayed?

THCB in-app reviews are separated from independent platforms such as Google and RealSelf. A public display name should only be used when the patient approved that display; otherwise a privacy-safe label is used. No particular rating should be required.

What belongs in the consultation request form?

Use it for contact information and a general treatment interest. Do not submit detailed medical history, diagnoses, medication lists, treatment-complication photographs or other protected clinical information through a public lead form.

How can I contact THCB?

Use the app, call or text 415-238-1732, or submit a private consultation request. Response time can vary; urgent medical concerns require the direct emergency guidance described above.
